- About the roleAs the CRM Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management and monitoring of our internal CRM system. You will provide user support, customer service, and training to internal users and be responsible for identifying and resolving user and platform issues, engaging with the global support team where required.

You will support enhancements to the system and ensure that all training manuals and system documentation are kept up to date. In addition, you will be required to engage with the underwriting and distribution teams to ensure that activity data is being captured in the system in order to generate and distribute regular activity reports.
