**About the Role**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **CRM & Outreach Coordinator** to support our sales department. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in sales, marketing, or business development.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain our CRM system (HubSpot or similar)
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns using internal systems
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects
- Research and source qualified leads
- Manage the sales inbox efficiently and respond to enquiries promptly
- Experience using CRM platforms and digital tools
- Strong written communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage follow-up workflows and handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Quick to learn new platforms and tools
- Passionate about professional growth and service excellence
