**Overview**

The CRM Manager will be responsible for overseeing successful management of Dabble’s customer relationship across various channels. Dabble is an industry first social bookmaking experience and the CRM Manager will play a pivotal role in how Dabble interacts and communicates with the customer to facilitate a truly immersive experience.

This role will work closely with the wider Marketing team to shape both strategy and process for planning, overseeing and executing customer journeys across differing channels.

**Primary Location**

**Responsibilities**
- Drive insights across campaigns to continuously learn and optimise. This includes the management of setting hypothesis, objectives, A/B testing and review cycles of campaigns
- Plan, implement and optimise automated generosities within CRM budget
- Work in collaboration with CMO, Brand, Consumer Marketing, Digital Marketing and other departments, where required, to break down Dabble wide campaigns and how these can be executed across CRM channels
- Develop and manage CRM campaign schedules, ensuring campaigns are delivered to customer on time as planned. This includes coordinating workflow within the CRM team, as well as other departments to meet campaign timelines
- Weekly and Monthly reporting of results and insights back to Marketing and the wider business
- Analyse users and break down into different customer segments/cohorts for targeted CRM campaigns
- Use of third-party tools Quicksight, Amplitude, Moveable Ink and Braze to review insights, create user segmentation and execute campaigns across channels
- Optimising onboarding flows for users across acquisition channels, and in app interactions to improve the customer journey
- Upskill new team members to execute and co-ordinate copy and assets for campaigns
- Oversee highly performant day-to-day team operation through clear team goals, deadlines and delegation
- Create a motivating and inspiring team environment built on honest, open communication
- Due to the time relevancy of CRM campaigns, the role may be required to work during the weekends or evenings on occasion

- Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- People leadership experience.
- Experience in defining and executing a customer engagement strategy.
