**About the role at Employment Hero**

Joining a successful team of CRM Specialists, reporting to our CRM Manager. You'll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with the wider marketing team and learn from some fantastic mentors.

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Brand Activation - Bring a brand to life through digital and physical experiences, to achieve marketing and business goals
- Project Coordination - Coordinate people and processes to ensure the effective and timely running of a project
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights

**Strengths**
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
- Written communication - Writes in a clear and structured format to convey information and ideas effectively to a target audience
