**About the role**

Reporting to the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for supporting the execution of the marketing and campaign plans for your attractions, taking ownership of social and CRM channels, to deliver budget volume, revenue and EBITDA.

On a day to day basis you will be:

- Keeping up to date on social and digital trends, trailblazing new ideas to keep our social and CRM channels engaging
- Ensuring all communication is in line with global brand guidelines
- Working with the Marketing Exec and Marketing Manager to manage the relevant budgets
- Creating design briefs for marketing campaign collateral
- Being the point of contact for the call centre
- Providing weekly reports and stats in your areas
- Liaising with the wider marketing team including Digital, Design and PR

**About You**

A passion for travel and tourism is essential for any of our roles, and to truly shine in this position you will also have:

- 1+ years of relevant marketing experience is preferred but not essential
- A relevant marketing qualification would be an advantage
- Experience of and passion for zoos/aquariums, entertainment, tourism and leisure
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills relating predominantly to MS packages
- Good relationship builder
- Enthusiasm to learn and progress within the field of marketing
- A flexible approach to working hours
