**Role Overview**:
As the EGM Claims, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Claims department. Your goal will be to develop and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and unwavering commitment to our valued customers.
**Key Outcomes**:
- Nurture a high-performing team through coaching and support for personal and professional growth.
- Instil Youi's values and champion best practices within the department.
- Provide strategic and tactical advice to our Chief Operations Officer to drive Youi's strategy.
- Collaborate across the organisation to align short
- and long-term plans with our strategic goals.
- Articulate our mission and values concisely to connect with customers and employees.
- Meet financial targets, oversee performance metrics, and enhance Claims processes' cost efficiency.
- Provide performance analysis and progress reports to our leadership and board.
- Lead the development of policies adhering to industry standards and regulatory compliance.
- Manage Catastrophe Management plans for scalable and reliable solutions.
