A brilliant opportunity for an experienced General Manager to take the next step in their career.
Our client is an independent service-based company looking for a talented General Manager to join their team immediately in a gorgeous Sunshine Coast location, offering a generous $150,000 to $200,000 salary package.
**About the role**:
In this role you will work closely with the business Directors and Operational Managers, overseeing day-to-day aspects of the business functions. Your position will be inclusive of the below duties:
- Providing team leadership, human resources support, managing performance and accountability.
- Ensuring business legal compliance including workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Extensive collaboration and negotiation with a range of stakeholders to deliver high results and customer satisfaction.
- Financial management including trust accounting.
**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will embody the below skills and qualities:
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent people management and communication skills and the ability to build great internal and external relationships.
- High level business acumen required and proven experience in a professional services environment.
- Strong working knowledge of best practice management and operational processes.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to the dynamic business needs.
