Located in Seven Hills this is an excellent opportunity to join this well-established business supplying and servicing industrial equipment for their clients in the construction, engineering, and warehousing industries.

**About the position**:
**Reporting to the General Manager some of your key responsibilities will include;-**
- Answer and screen telephone calls
- Preparing quotations and contracts for clients
- Report and record any transactions relating to purchasing, costing and invoicing as required
- Provide support to all staff including the General Manager, Finance Manager, Sales, Technical and Accounts
- Pricing and quoting of machines
- Manage the Customer Database
- Marketing support as required
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Assist with the day to day administration and coordination of the sales/service departments nationally

**About you**
- Previous experience providing administrative support to a Sales or Service or Hire department highly regarded
- Excellent coordination skills
- Looking to move up from a reception role to an administration role
- You have excellent attention to detail with strong administrative skills
- You have excellent customer service and enjoy interfacing with clients
- Intermediate to advance MS Excel
