We have an exciting opportunity in our HR & Talent Delivery department for a Digital Learning Specialist. This is a permanent full-time role based out of our Eight Mile Plains office, however flexible hybrid work from home options are available.

This position is responsible for the design, development and implementation of high quality, innovative and contemporary digital learning resources for the RACQ Groups, its agencies, and partners. This role provides input to projects and blended training programs to support our face-to-face programs.

The digital Learning specialist focuses on how we can use best practice digital mediums to simplify our employees learning experiences organisation wide. Through research, the Learning Digital Specialist will identify, review, recommend and integrate future learning solutions to provide an outstanding learning experience to our employees, whilst meeting business and learning outcomes.
- Deliver best practice member facing digital interfaces to work across a variety of channels.
- Design and development of digital/ eLearning solutions for a variety of audience across the RACQ Group.
- Analyse learning aims and objectives and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design best practice contemporary, innovative, and engaging learning functions.
- Ensure learning records are accurate and kept up to date.
- Operating within practices and procedures covered by precedents.

**About You**
- Diploma in relevant study area
- Experience as an internal consultant, preferably in a training environment.
- Experience in reporting on the evaluation of training projects.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver face to face learning solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of SharePoint 2007 or higher.
- Specialist post-secondary workplace training qualifications to the standard of Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and/or equivalent experience.
