**About the role**

We're currently seeking to broaden our marketing team and are in search of a skilled and imaginative designer to join us full-time and bring your creativity to a dynamic marketing team. Reporting to Manager Marketing Operations and Creative, this is an exciting opportunity to work on an iconic brand.

The role has the option to work flexibly from home and at our Brisbane City or Eight Mile Plains office.

**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or Interactive Media (or equivalent tertiary qualification)
- 3-5 years’ experience in Graphic Design or equivalent
- Experience in use of the Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and XD)
- Financial services or regulated industry experience desirable but not essential
- Hands-on experience in creating design materials across diverse channels, including OOH, social, digital channels, and print materials.
- Well-developed communication skills including the capacity to influence and negotiate
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to deal with partners and business stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software packages
