**Digital Optimisation Specialist**
- Are you passionate about driving digital improvements and enhancing customer experiences? RACQ is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Optimisation Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering our optimisation program across Marketing, Membership and Digital teams, ensuring our members receive top-notch experiences.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Identify customer pain points and areas for improvement in our digital experiences through data and UX evaluation
- Identify key audiences for digital personalisation strategies to enhance the online journey.
- Conduct analysis to support strategic planning and identify profitable opportunities.
- Use technical skills to support managing tagging and analytics platforms.
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Use analytics to drive data-driven decision-making to optimise campaign and website performance.
- Support RACQ’s search engine optimisation (SEO) program and drive search efficiencies.

**About you**
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital analysis and optimisation
- Proficiency in web analytics platforms and strong reporting skills
- Technical knowledge of tag management and data collection
- Demonstrated experience in implementing digital optimisations and A/B tests
- Understanding of SEO strategy and best practices
- Understanding of testing strategies and ability to deliver in a team environment
- Familiarity with marketing techniques and platforms
- Experience analysing performance in SEM, Display, EDM, Paid Social, and SEO channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-driven with a strong analytical mindset
