**Description**

We’re looking for a Performance and Insights Specialist to join our dynamic team and help drive strategic decision making through high quality analysis and reporting.

**About the Role**

As a Performance and Insights Specialist, you will play a key role in interpreting complex data sets, generating meaningful insights, and delivering high quality reports that inform business strategy and operational improvements. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure data driven decisions are at the heart of everything we do.

**About you**:

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar analytical or reporting role
- Proficient in using contemporary reporting and visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong business communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- High quality technical writing skills
- Effective time management and ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently
- Understanding of core insurance concepts preferred
