Your opportunity
As our Support Officer, you’ll provide essential administrative, rostering/scheduling, and customer service support for our Retirement Village, ensuring smooth care delivery. Working _10:00am - 6:00pm_, you’ll support residents, families, and teams with efficiency and empathy.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
- Manage resident enquiries, onboarding, and documentation accurately.- Maintain and update resident information in Anglicare’s CRM systems.- Coordinate and communicate service schedules and rostering effectively.- Liaise with residents, families, care teams, and providers professionally.- Contribute to process improvements and uphold WHS standards.
What you’ll bring
You are a detail-oriented, service-driven professional with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting older Australians. You align with our values of integrity, justice, compassion, and excellence.
You will also need:
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)- Proven experience with rostering/scheduling within a CRM platform (Preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365)- Proven administrative experience in a busy environment.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, scheduling, rostering- Experience in aged care or community services.- Familiarity with rostering and care coordination systems.
