**POSITION TITLE: ICT Customer Support Officer**

Modula Australia Pty Limited is a branch of Modula Spa, worldwide leader in the production and distribution automated warehouses for intralogistics, to guarantee better quality storage and efficient, economical picking.

Modula WMS (Warehouse Management System) is the warehouse management software created and developed by Modula to manage all vertical warehouse operations. In practice, it is the thinking brain of the warehouse, enabling it not to be a simple automatic shelf but to manage complex information on what happens in terms of access, picking movements, location management and stock.

Modula Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced full time ICT Customer Support Officer with WMS experience. The position will be responsible for providing comprehensive support and constant advice. The position carries with it an annual base salary of $95,000 plus superannuation.

**Responsibilities**

1. Responsible for installation, start-up, commissioning, software integration and technical assistance of logistics and warehouse machinery (domestic and overseas).

2. Responsible for designing, installing, and configuring a network infrastructure,

3. Help to manage the technician’s schedules based on request from customer,

4. Responsible for customer care support.

5. Preforming a full test on the machine faults and analyse specific problem,

6. Responsible for proposing the critical and consumable spare parts of

7. machine to management.

8. Responsible for installation and interface of WMS (Warehouse Management Software

9. Responsible for training and sharing product knowledge of machines to customer / prospective customer.

10. Make report for the installation, start up, troubleshooting, training of machine.

**Skills or Experience Required**
- Possess at least a relevant Diploma or higher qualification
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the intralogistics industry
- At least 5 years’ experience integrating WMS software to customer’s ERP such as Oracle, ODBC table, Excel Macro, and ASCII files.

**Salary**: $95,000.00 per year
