Aftersales Claims Administration Coordinator position for a large reputable retailer brand | Perm Full time

Our client is a reputable furniture retailer located in Melbourne's southeastern suburbs who have just celebrated their 20th birthday. Due to growth, they are seeking an experienced administrator with experience in aftersales claims to join their high-performing, vibrant team. This is a full-time role and a suitable opportunity if you're a hard-working individual who is seeking to work in an autonomous position with a reputable company.

**Your new role**

Your duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following
- Uphold company standards and reputations when managing customer claims to ensure effective resolution by being empathetic yet commercially minded
- Demonstrate an in depth understanding of products materials, policies and procedures in order to achieve ethical (and commercial) outcomes
- Process and manage claims end to end by liaising with the relevant internal stakeholders
- Determine the best outcome in regard to replacement, repair or discount as an outcome
- Adhere to all internal processes and procedures and offer insight into any improvements where necessary
- Coordinate replacement deliveries with carriers/ drivers liaising with the logistics team to adhere to delivery deadlines
- Manage questions around selections and revision, delivery dates, order updates and also finalise order and delivery details.
- Raise issues with internal teams where necessary (procurement, quality control and product management).

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will require the following
- Must have full working rights in Australia (full time hours 38 hours weekly and must be able to work beyond 12 months)
- System Savvy : Excel and MS Suite Proficient, SAP, MS Dynamics or similar system
- Excellent data entry and administration skills are required.
- Demonstrated experience processing claims in a product business with high value materials
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
