Our customer solutions division is seeking an aftersales representative to play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences and careers.

As a leader in the automotive aftermarket, we are always on the lookout for staff who share our passion for growth and development.

The working hours will be 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

About the Job:

This role combines after-sales and customer service responsibilities, requiring you to work closely with our sales team and fitting technicians. Your tasks will include:

  • Assisting customers with warranty claims and technical queries.
  • Processing orders and performing administrative duties.
  • Providing solutions and recommending additional products to customers.
  • Coordinating vehicle fittings and related administration.

To Be Considered for the Position:

We require a personable individual with excellent communication skills, a keen sense of problem-solving, and dedication to maintaining quality standards. Previous aftersales experience is preferred but not essential.
