Our client, a major player in the Australian market, is seeking a Manager to lead their Operations across the Victorian & Tasmanian region. As the exclusive dealer for several renowned global brands known for their durability and excellence, they offer an extensive range of equipment to empower businesses across various industries. The business also has a formidable after-sales department that partner with clients to allow them access to seamless service, parts & warranty support.

**The Position**

This senior level role will report into the Director of the business and will be responsible for the overall service & parts operations for both Victoria and Tasmania.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide overarching leadership of the aftersales operations for several branches throughout Victoria and Tasmania
- Multiple direct and indirect reports including:

- Workshop & Parts Managers
- Service Technicians, Diesel Mechanics, Auto Electricians, Service Coordinators, Parts Interpreters
- Manage regional budgets and liaise with relevant national managers.
- Drive business acquisition, retention and profitability.
- Provide technical oversight and leadership in service works.
- Report key metrics for the region and implement necessary responses.
- Oversee branch administration and facility management.
- Promote continuous improvement of safety across the region.
