Aftersales Warranty Customer Support Representative

We are seeking an exceptional customer service specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will provide outstanding support and service to customers in an aftersales/warranty capacity, collaborating with diverse stakeholders including customers, end-users, and contractors to resolve on-site issues.
- Utilize commercial knowledge and Excel skills to manage warranty claims and negotiate settlements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, fostering open communication and addressing concerns efficiently.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of commercial operations, be proficient in Excel, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in an aftersales/warranty service role.
