Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Claims Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing claims from initiation to closure, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with clients and stakeholders.
About the Role:
- Manage claims from receipt to resolution, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to resolve claims and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims, correspondence, and other relevant documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in claims administration.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in claims administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
