**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Design and deliver graduate, intern and apprentice programs that develop the next generation of journey makers
- Deliver impactful programs that increase representation of First Peoples, women, and other underrepresented groups
- Build strong partnerships across teams, industries, and communities
- Champion smarter, more inclusive hiring practices
- Provide expert advice to hiring managers and solve complex recruitment challenges
- Keep our recruitment systems sharp and our data even sharper

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and track record of delivering practical inclusion and diversity recruitment initiatives
- A knack for building relationships and influencing outcomes
- Confidence with recruitment platforms and data-driven decision making
- A sharp eye for detail and a collaborative mindset
- A passion for inclusive hiring and creating opportunities for all
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology, or a related field desirable

Yarra Trams is proudly operated by Yarra Journey Makers, a joint venture between Transdev Australia and John Holland. We work with the Department of Transport and Planning, alongside its transport agencies and operators to provide a fully integrated, sustainable transport service for the people of Melbourne.
