As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner who is passionate about people, purpose-driven recruitment, and building high-performing teams that support the next generation of learners.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our People & Culture team, you'll take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across our network of centres, including Centre Leadership roles and key support office positions. You'll partner closely with operational leaders to provide strategic hiring advice, drive innovative sourcing strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading end to end recruitment processes from job brief to offer stage
  • Building strong relationships with Centre Directors and regional leaders
  • Creating talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and employer branding
  • Partnering with marketing to develop engaging recruitment campaigns
  • Analysing hiring data to improve time-to-fill and candidate quality
  • Championing diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years' experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition or agency recruitment
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources (preferable)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong ability to prioritise and manage multiple vacancies with confidence
  • A passion for early childhood education and values-driven hiring
  • Experience in high-volume or multi-site environments is highly regarded
  • Proven experience handling sensitive documentation and working to a high quality of compliance.
