Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. Reporting to the HR Director, the Human Resources Business Partner will partner with business leaders to develop and implement the people strategy that aligns with business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
Partner with business leaders to develop and implement the people strategy that aligns with business objectives
Provide expert advice and support on all HR matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and remuneration and benefits
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
Develop and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth and development
Manage employee relations issues and ensure prompt and fair resolution
Conduct investigations into complaints and grievances, and provide recommendations for resolution
Monitor and manage performance, and provide coaching and support to managers and employees
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and provide regular reports to management
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as required

**Requirements**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Experience in the legal industry is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
