From leading high-impact recruitment campaigns to designing career pathways for apprentices, trainees, and cadets — this is your chance to create real change.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead end-to-end bulk recruitment campaigns that put candidate experience front and centre

Design and deliver graduate, intern and apprentice programs that develop the next generation of journey makers

Deliver impactful programs that increase representation of First Peoples, women, and other underrepresented groups

Build strong partnerships across teams, industries, and communities

Champion smarter, more inclusive hiring practices

Provide expert advice to hiring managers and solve complex recruitment challenges

Keep our recruitment systems sharp and our data even sharper

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and track record of delivering practical inclusion and diversity recruitment initiatives

A knack for building relationships and influencing outcomes

Confidence with recruitment platforms and data-driven decision making

A sharp eye for detail and a collaborative mindset

A passion for inclusive hiring and creating opportunities for all

Tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology, or a related field desirable
