What you'll be doing


•    Lead and deliver end-to-end bulk recruitment campaigns with a focus on candidate experience

•    Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of employment programs (apprenticeships, traineeships, cadetships)

•    Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support hiring outcomes

•    Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment practices and streamline workflows

•    Provide timely advice and support to hiring managers and escalate complex queries when needed

•    Maintain and improve recruitment systems and data processes for accurate reporting

What you'll bring


•    Experience in high-volume recruitment and employment program delivery

•    Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

•    Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms

•    High attention to detail and strong data literacy

•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment

•    A collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusive hiring practices

•    Tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology, or a related field (preferred)
