You will be working with a really strong team of Talent Acquisition professionals who will guide you and support you to be successful in the role.

The position sits within our People & Culture team and is responsible for:

- Recruitment of carers, registered nurses, community carers and Corporate roles across the business.
- Leveraging the latest technology - (we use JobAdder)
- You will be involved in the full life cycle of recruitment, including building and managing communities of talent for future needs.
- You will be seen as a partner and advisor in the talent space
- Build strong relationships with our Resident Managers, Community Care Coordinators and Senior leadership stakeholders

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in an internal or agency recruitment role would be desirable, but not essential
- Confident to manage stakeholder relationships
- Ability to handle multiple roles across a variety of locations, some of which are remote and therefore difficult to fill.
- Experience using Jobadder would be great, but if not, it's easy to learn
- Genuine and authentic approach to life will see you succeed
