**Your new company**
This well respect Surgeon with a wealth of experience across the public and private sector requires a new receptionist to work in his practice Monday to Friday. Reporting into the Practice Manager, you will receive full training in Medical Reception and support to do you job.

**Your new role**
- Answering phone calls and booking appointments for the practice.
- Daily referral downloads from the DVA/Australian Defence Force portal.
- Consult days - greet patient as they arrive. Organise and scan in patient registration sheets and paperwork including billing for the consult.
- Receipt payments from private billing, DAN, WC, TAC, bulk bill, etc
- Prepare and bill files requests for lawyers
- Issue invoice for medical report. Alert Surgeon to dictate once payment is collected. Once typed, Surgeon will review. Once reviewed, dispatch to lawyers.
- Ad hoc administration and practice duties.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in reception and administration.
- Experience working within an allied health or medical reception ideal but not essential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
