The Organisational Change Manager will lead the change management agenda across projects within the Digital Investment Portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute on the overall change management plan, using the organisation’s structured change management methodology (ADKAR) to ensure people change experience is delivered consistently and effectively.
- Lead change management planning and processes, ensuring setting and achievements of key milestones.
- Participate in AS-IS and TO-BE process workshops and mapping exercises to fully understand the depth and breadth of the change to then inform change deliverables.
- Develop and maintain a broad range of relationships to influence within the value chain with their team and at peer level, and positively influence stakeholders.
- Develop strategies to reduce change resistance among impacted groups.
- Create coaching and mentoring plans for leaders to execute during the change process.

**What you'll need to succeed**

8 years experience working as Change Manager

MUST be Australian Citizen to apply
