Our client is looking for a Change Manager to join its IT team on a contract basis.

**Primary focus for this role**:
The Change Manager will work within the IT PMO and manage the people, process, and technology changes for the multiple workstreams of as business critical program of work, as well as rigorous stakeholder engagement.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Evaluating the people, process, and technology impacts of planned changes within the scope of the program;
- Developing new, and executing existing, change management plans for program change initiatives;
- Stakeholder engagement across all levels of the business
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change
- Identifying risks and issues, and developing risk and issues management interventions;
- Leading change management activities according to change management principles and other global good practice principles

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proactive and driven individual who can both identify the required work activities, as well as receive appropriate related tasks from the project
- Extensive experience managing change initiatives in flexible timeframes as dictated by the needs of the business
- A thorough understanding of change management principles, techniques and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and influence others
- Extensive experience managing change initiatives
- Team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Successfully implemented strategic change initiatives and significantly contributed to change acceptance and adoption and worked in a Project Management environment
- Experience with instructional delivery and facilitation, specifically delivering small and large group forums or workshops
