**Your new company**

You will have the opportunity to join a market leader within the Financial Services industry as an experienced and dynamic Change Manager. In this role you will be required to have prior leadership experience along with proven change management experience and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across all organisational stakeholders.

**Your new role**

The Senior Change Manager is an important team leadership position within the organisation and will have delegated authority and responsibility to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong Change management: experience in driving organisational and business transition change across the program and business, working with senior stakeholders (internal and external) to deliver mutual goals
- Ability to develop and manage strategic change management approach and detailed plan that considers key change activities, change measures, resource requirements and costs and operating model
- Ability to identify change resistance and lead interventions to create stakeholder commitment and adoption
- Ability to effectively carry out business engagement in relation to impact outcomes and obtain sign off from stakeholders
- Outstanding stakeholders' engagement, influencing and communicating skills.
