This leading University are seeking an experienced Change Manager for their multi-year CRM (Salesforce) consolidation Program, to lead and deliver change management activities across multiple streams / initiatives

**Key activities**:

- Provide regular status updates across the program, project stream, project initiative and within the change team
- Support the Change team in the design, development, delivery, and management of program engagement and communications
- Lead and conduct change impact analysis, assessing change readiness, identifying change related risks and mitigations whilst identifying key stakeholders that require continuous engagement through a human centric design approach
- Provide input to and support the design and delivery of training programs working closely with the Program Instructional Designer
- Lead and manage end user engagement with upcoming changes through communications, collaboration, workshops and change impact assessment sessions.
- Lead and integrate all change management activities into an overarching project plan
- Manage and influence stakeholders, taking them on the change journey and providing support throughout the change lifecycle

**Skills and experience**:

- Experience as a Change Manager within a large enterprise-wide transformation project
- Experience in workshop design/co-design and facilitation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to unpick challenges and collaborate with complex stakeholders / groups
- Demonstrated working knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
- Salesforce implementation experience highly regarded
