**Your new role**
The Change and Communication Manager will:
- Develop, host, communicate and implement effective change plans, including impact assessments and associated engagement with stakeholders to produce documentation to enable change in line with organisational priorities.
- Develop fit for purpose, engaging and high quality communication strategies, plans and communications.
- Develop and implement training strategies, plans and tasks, including development of training materials, FAQ, user guides.
- Manage and run showcases and training sessions for stakeholders and end users.
- Quickly build rapport and maintain collaborative relationships across different levels and groups.
- Identify and communicate stakeholder impact analysis or anticipated points of resistance that may have potential impact on the business, customer or other stakeholders.
- Support on organisational change initiatives - working with teams for impacts
- Lead benefits identification, mapping and tracking, including handing to operations/ business for realisation.
