**Reservations Coordinator**
Join a premier hospitality group and work with our reservations team across two of Sydney’s most iconic precincts —Shell House and The International

**About the Role**
We’re looking for a dedicated **Reservations Coordinator** to oversee bookings and guest enquiries across our two stunning precincts. This is a **casual role**with a mix of weekday nights and Saturday shifts offering 20-25 hours. You’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring seamless experiences from the very first call.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Managing reservations across Shell House and The International, ensuring a seamless booking experience
- Cross-selling and upselling across both venues to maximize guest experiences
- Using reservation platforms such as **SevenRooms and Triple Seat** to manage bookings efficiently
- Working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **Reservations Experience** - 2+ years in a reservations role within restaurants, bars, or premium venues
✔ **Exceptional Communication** - A warm phone manner, strong written skills and attention to detail
✔ **Tech-Savvy** - Proficient with **Google Workspace, SevenRooms, Triple Seat**
✔ **Strong Work Ethic** - High personal standards and attention to detail
✔ **Multitasking Skills** - Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
