Swillhouse is home to some of Sydney's most iconic venues – Restaurant Hubert, Alberto's Lounge, Le Foote, The Caterpillar Club, The Baxter Inn and Barons. Each with its own distinct character and devoted following, united by a shared commitment to exceptional hospitality and good times.

We're looking for a casual Restaurant Reservations Coordinator to join our central team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and takes pride in delivering world-class service from the very first point of contact.

As the first touchpoint for our guests, you'll be the voice and spirit of Swillhouse, managing bookings, answering enquiries, accommodating special requests, and ensuring every interaction is seamless, warm, and memorable.

*Your responsibilities will include:*

  • Engaging in professional, articulate communication with guests via phone and email.
  • Managing reservations across all Swillhouse venues, offering informed guidance on availability, group bookings, and special requests.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador: embodying the warmth, charm, and energy that define the Swillhouse experience.
  • Coordinating with venue teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on bookings.
  • Managing end-to-end reservations via SevenRooms platform
  • Reviewing guest booking requests weekly and providing alternative options where necessary.
  • Responding promptly to all enquiries within 24 hours to maintain exceptional service standards.

*What you'll bring:*

  • A genuine love of hospitality and guest care.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and over the phone.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • A calm and confident approach in a busy environment.
  • Experience with reservation systems (SevenRooms or similar) is highly regarded.
