**The Opportunity**

This customer service focused role will work in a tight knit team assisting with a range of administration tasks focused on the working with our field and design teams on enquiries and bookings to meet the needs of our clients. A hands on role, you will be responsible for:Customer Service and Client Delivery: Providing exceptional customer service working closely with our internal teams and external clients ensuring all requirements are met.
Sales Order Processing: entering complex sales orders into the database within required timeframes with a high degree of accuracy.

**Your Experience**

You have strong knowledge and experience in Customer Service, ideally within fast paced environments. Other areas to ensure your success include:Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a professional phone manner.
Motivated, enthusiastic team player willing to assist colleagues where required.
Technology savvy including proficient user knowledge of customer service systems and Microsoft suite of products.
Strong attention to detail and willing to ‘go the extra mile‘ for our customers.
Experience in the Engineering, Industrial, Building and Construction industries would be a distinct advantage.

**Salary**: $54,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
