**Job Description** About the Role**:
We are excited to be working with **Nespresso, **a leader in the realm of **coffee** and celebrated for its pioneering innovation, superior quality, and convenience for users.

The primary focus of this team is to engage key stakeholders including (but not limited to) regional area managers, store managers, store staff and customers, demonstrate the features and benefits of **Nespresso** products.

We are currently seeking **a Full-Time** Territory Manager to join the team at Creative Activation. Representing the brand in **a range of machine retailers**, **you will be responsible for driving product sales and creating **brand advocacy** amongst **staff and customers.**
- ** Full Time**:

- ** Days: 4 weekdays & 1 weekend day per week**:

- ** Fixed Term: September 2024 to December 2024 (potential to extend contract)**

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Drive sales and brand engagement
- Maintaining merchandising standards on **Nespresso** products
- Develop strong relationships with key store personnel
- Report and provide feedback on key field insights and activity
- Manage a territory of stores across the **Greater Melbourne **area

**To be successful in this role, you’ll need**:

- Inspirational and aspirational style that brings the best out of store staff members and delivers exceptional results.
- Availability - 4 Weekdays and 1 Weekend day each week (exact day of week negotiable)
- Well presented with excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized and structured with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Proven ‘people person’ that thrives on delivering exceptional service and results in a positive outcome for the customer, retail partner and client.

**Qualifications**
- Driver's license and a car essential
- Strong understanding of the ‘Sales Process’ and how to convert customer conversations into sales
- ** Brand Rep or Electrical Retailer experience preferred but not essential**
