Maternity Cover - 12 Month Contract

Location: Melbourne CBD and Eastern Suburbs

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Territory Sales Manager **to join our high performing B2C Trade field sales team

**Your responsibilities include and not limited to**:

- Maximising and delivering on the Nespresso must win battles within the existing framework of customers and drive our acquisition strategy in trade
- Daily management of existing accounts across your territory aligned with a developed sales plan and a regular contact busines rhythm. Maintaining strict call cycle plans within the territory
- Identifying and executing optimal product ranging in store and extending new product ranging opportunities to the accounts under your portfolio
- Utilising provided sales tools efficiently to maximise data accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Always being an advocate for the Nespresso brand and upholding Nespresso values in your daily activities
- Day-to
- day operational management of your external sales demo force (Trade Demo Team)
- Maintain a strong instore product and coffee training rhythm in your state

**We are looking for a passionate and experienced Territory Sales Manager who**:

- Proven track record in dealing with customers within the Electrical Retail Channel (ERT Harvey Norman, The Good Guys and JB Hifi)
- Possess a good understanding on how to develop new business opportunities withing the Discount Department Store Sales Channel of COSTCO, BIGW and TARGET
- Will proactively maintain and extend our business opportunities that align to our brand, and professionally develop these business relationships to reach their full potential.
- Your energetic approach and sophisticated sales technique will allow you to truly become an ambassador of the Nespresso brand.
- You will be a true customer focused professional who is self-motivated, with excellent communication skills, and have a team spirited approach with a strong desire to succeed.
- This position will allow you to work with a high degree of autonomy on your day-to-day schedule, whilst also enjoying the support of a strong team network.
- Your ability to contribute ideas, market information and experience to the team will ensure its continued success as a cohesive unit.
