Our client is looking for an Infrastructure Analyst to work on a digital transformation framework with a key focus on delivering infrastructure support and solutions to protect information.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the security of the organization's IT endpoints, servers, network and information through improved technology, clear processes and user awareness
- Provide technical advice and guidance to the technical services and users
- Investigate, assess and respond to tickets, alerts and incidences in timely manner
- Maintain all security/non-security policies, procedures and guidelines are followed across the organization
- Attend and provide input into meetings and workshops
- Abide to all security policies and work in accordance with vendor best practices
- Create regular report and dashboards

**Skills**:

- Strong experience in Network and System infrastructures
- Experience in system administration skills on supported operating systems (Microsoft Windows, GNU/Linux), and a good understanding of the server architecture of various operating systems
- Experience supporting infrastructure solutions, including: (Azure, MS Server, Linux, MS Windows, etc)
- Next Generation Firewalls/IPS (e.g. Palo Alto, Fortinet)
- Two factor authentication solutions (e.g. 0365 / Azure)
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
