Our client is looking for an Infrastructure Services Commercial Analyst who manages ICT compliance, sources and analyses performance of suppliers and contractors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contributes to the development and maintenance of ICT contracts within the Commission's contract Management Framework.
- Develops ICT tender documentation to ensure key performance indicators, governance and compliance requirements are met.
- Ensures tender processes are transparent, and administered according to better practice, and that probity and ethical standards are promoted and always maintained.
- Manages the storage and retention of all contracts and related contract information.
- Monitors, evaluates, and reports on the performance of service providers in meeting specified contractual outcomes. Contributes to the resolution of contractual service delivery issues and disputes.
- Assist in the development of internal Service Levels and reporting against Service Level Agreements.
- Provides technical, commercial, and financial assistance in maintaining and enhancing operational contracts.
- Assists in identifying and reporting organisational ICT risks.
- Facilitates the review and revision of the ICT Policies and Standards at an agreed regular interval.
- Assist with the procurement of ICT hardware and software for the Infrastructure Services team.
