We have four new opportunities in Client Management & Execution (CME) to join a new team We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who can help deliver excellence in portfolio administration.

Client Management & Execution is a centre of Credit and Execution Excellence at NAB. We partner with our Colleagues in C&IB Coverage and Product teams to deliver products and solutions for our CIB Customers, including managing the customer portfolios, driving business growth and efficiently delivering an excellent experience for clients. CME has highly professional Portfolio and Execution specialists across Australia, UK, USA and Asia covering the broad spectrum of Corporate & Institutional businesses, delivering a wide range of financial solutions for our customers.

**We currently have multiple opportunities for an Analyst to join our high performing Client Management & Execution (CME) Enablement team supporting the following portfolio’s**:

- **The Fund Sponsors and Strategic Investors CME team (Funds)**: closely aligned to C&IB’s Bank for Investor and Infrastructure strategies, providing innovative fund level financing and markets (such as FX/ Interest Rate Swaps/Repo) solutions to some of the world’s largest domestic and global Fund Managers. The team supports one of Australia’s largest Funds Finance Sponsor Portfolio’s, specialising in Investor Recourse, Net Asset Value/Hybrid and liquidity lending facilities.
- **Banks/NBFIs & Insurance team**: a diverse portfolio across the spectrum of financial institutions (excluding Funds), as well as the full suite of products, from transactional banking to lending & markets facilities. Non-bank financial institutions includes non-bank mortgage/auto/asset/personal lenders, captive financiers, FX money service providers, FinTechs as well as the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX).
- **Diversified Industrials, Corporate Banking team**: provides deep exposure across multiple sectors (steel, timber, pubs/clubs, self-storage, pharma as examples) and product classes (loans, overdrafts, guarantees, derivatives etc) for largely privately owned companies.
- **Diversified Industrials, Institutional Banking team**: provides deep exposure across a diverse portfolio of listed and large private companies. Industries including healthcare, consumer & agriculture, industrials and technology and servicing across the breadth of the bank’s product offering.

**The role**:
Reporting to the Head Of, Client Management & Execution, this role is part of the CME Enablement team and supports the above CME portfolios with responsibilities that include portfolio administration, reporting, portfolio hygiene and a variety of other administrative tasks that will help drive superior client outcomes. As a team member within CME Enablement, you will be a highly organised individual who thrives on problem solving, getting things done, attention to detail and ensuring that outcomes and deliverables are reached for both our Customers and Colleagues alike.

**Whilst each of the roles will be slightly nuanced to cater to the individual needs of each portfolio and customer base, the following can be provided as a general summary of responsibilities**:

- Owning and driving portfolio hygiene including management of aged ratings, unrated entities, expired limits, short term extensions, RWA hygiene, management of suspense accounts etc.
- Assisting and actioning requests sent to our operations’ teams
- Providing reporting as needed and assisting with the running and management of the portfolio
- Supporting the portfolio with the management of covenants, debt facilities (including invoicing of manual fees, calculating break costs and capitalising interest)
- Involvement in the onboarding of new entities and ongoing KYC management of existing entities (not applicable to all teams)
- Assisting with offboarding requests
- Support the team with PPSR & company Searches, establishment of clients, facilities and securities in front end banking systems, recording of Securities in Order, and submitting discharge requests when required (including work associated with settlements)
- Ensure the management of documents is adhering to policy and retention requirements, including the document repository, archival of original documents and the share drive folder
- **Funds specific**: assisting with data management, input and reporting for the Funds Finance App

**What you will bring**:
