Role Outline

The role will offer rotation opportunities in origination and asset management. As a Capella Junior Analyst you are given the chance to develop a broad range of finance, commercial and development skills, get to know more about what we do and identify where you work best.

These roles will be supported through a structured program, rotations, various on the job activities, networking, and social activities - allowing you to build lasting relationships from senior leaders and the wider team.

Key Business Areas

Origination: The Junior Analyst will support the Analyst & Manager in the Bid team. They will assist on tasks such as developing the bid financial model, testing model inputs to understand their impact on bid competitiveness, due diligence reporting, managing investor queries and contractor management.


Asset Management: The Junior Analyst will support across the asset management team. They will assist on tasks such as preparing the periodic valuation, cash flow and investment reports, developing market knowledge of drivers and metrics of the relevant primary and secondary markets for infrastructure and identifying value enhancement opportunities within the portfolio.
