**Your new role**
As the Data Analyst (Fraud Automation Analyst) you will be leveraging your technical skills with relevant experience to quickly understand requirements to develop POC tools and capabilities. This role gives you the ability to be creative and innovative and ability to challenge BAU to improve operational and analytical effectiveness and efficiency. This will be a layered approach across our enterprise fraud prevention and detection capability as well as our case management systems.

**What you'll need to succeed**
We are keen to hear from people who
- Can provide tangible insights or capability uplift to increase fraud detection accuracy and or coverage
- Are able drive tactical deliveries of strategic fraud controls
- Can identify solutions for fraud, scam control recommendations and other fraud, scam mitigation requirements
- Are able to advise on existing and new fraud management capabilities
- Can build and maintain effective relationships with key Enterprise Services and BU stakeholders
- Technical skills required:
We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team:

- Python language or proven GitHub contributions
- SAS
- JavaScript + web frameworks like react and svelte
- SQL
- Linux/Unix (bash, command line, vim, nano, batch)
- Windows (command line, batch)
- Databases: Oracle, Teradata, SAS Hive
