**Opportunity**
The **Customer Engagement & Marketing Support** is a newly introduced position to the organisational structure that is primarily focused on:
- **Excellent Customer Engagement & Materials Creation**
This involves taking direction from the sales team and business requirements to support the creation of sales material and marketing collateral for the global marketing efforts including brochures, conference material and tender responses.
- **Record keeping & an Attention to Detail**
This involves the management of information and the stock - becoming the ‘go-to’ person for where to find information and knowing who to speak to in order to get the latest up-to-date information. Your eye for detail will make sure that everything looks professional every time.
Reporting to the Customer Engagement & Support Lead you will be supporting the Customer Engagement team in all their efforts to create materials for the different global audiences. This involves working with many Subject Matter Experts across the business to ensure that the information is correct and up to date. While making sure that the right messages are being put forward based on the audience that the materials are being created for.
Central to your success will be your ability to work autonomously within the team, and confidently problem-solve with the guidance given by the business. All the while knowing when to ask questions to ensure re-work is kept to a minimum. Keeping track of information and knowing where to look for information when requested will bring success to the wider team and the business.

**What you'll bring**
- 1 years + experience working as a Customer Service, Marketing, Executive Assistant and/or an Administration Support capacity.
- Standout Administration skills with a keen eye for detail and a talent for process improvement.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels inside and outside the business.
- Good planning and organisation skills - you break things down and think ahead; and,
- Confident technology skills - you’ll be using Google Suite, Atlassian [Jira, Confluence], Slack & Microsoft Office.
