**What You’ll Do**

Join the Client Marketing group with the Sales Hosting Engagement Team. You will work directly with Oracle Health's top customers to build relationships and promote the value of our partnership. By supporting sales and customer education events, you will create white glove customer experiences. As the customer advocate and promoter for your region, you will support the internal Oracle Health teams' pipeline.

Responsible for driving the customer marketing strategy for peer-hosting health customers in the designated region. This includes defining, building, and executing programs that deliver a steady stream of well-targeted customer reference assets and peer events to support awareness, demand generation, and direct sales.

As part of your job responsibilities, you will be expected to:

- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with top customers
- Execute a detailed plan that delivers customer success references to support sales cycles
- Advocate on behalf of Oracle customers to be part of advisory initiatives
- Connect customers to the right peer groups, industry events, and award opportunities
- Align customers to Oracle marketing campaigns by articulating their success story with Oracle
- Manage and coordinate events with the customer as the venue

- At least 10 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:

- At least 3 years sales, project/program management, event planning/management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, business operations and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
- At least 7 years additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
- Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed
- Sales and Marketing experience in the IT industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Health Care, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
- Willing to travel up to 25% as needed
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**

Responsible for driving the customer marketing strategy by defining, building and executing programs that deliver a steady stream of well-targeted customer reference assets and activities to support awareness, demand generation, and sales as well as connecting them with the right advisory initiatives and inviting and connecting them with the appropriate peer groups.

Define and build programs, and execute a detailed plan that delivers a steady stream of customer success stories and references to support awareness, demand generation and sales cycles. Advocate on behalf of Oracle customers by connecting and enrolling them in appropriate advocate program elements and take a team-based approach to keeping customers engaged with Oracle. The success of this role means higher customer satisfaction, retention and expansion of Oracle business. Manage relationship with customer stakeholders to ensure they are leveraging our solution to achieve maximum business value. Acquire a deep knowledge of our customer base, existing customer story content, mine and use that content to increase its effectiveness, and manage that content to increase usability and visibility.
