**Sounds like a cool place But what about the role?**

Working in our close-knit marketing team of 3, you will be partnering with our Franchise, Agency & Business Development teams to plan and execute unique marketing and advertising activities for their businesses. You will be reporting direct to, and working closely with, the Head of Marketing to understand their unique objectives to develop marketing campaigns that drive an increase in qualified leads, brand awareness and engagement through various online & offline marketing activities. Addition responsibilities include:

- Drive, implement and monitor strategic marketing initiatives for all Franchise & Agency businesses
- Support the business Development Team to gain and onboard new referral partners
- Organise and coordinate attendance & support marketing activations for marketing events such as trade shows, in conjunction with the broader sales team
- Proactively engage with both internal and external stakeholders to deepen engagement of business, monitor market trends and external activity to drive outcomes
- Contribute and support the broader Marketing & Sales teams initiatives and outcomes, including various brand, event and social media activities
- Oversee organic social medial activation & engagement online and channel reporting & analysis, provide data-led business insights

**So what does our ideal applicant look like?**
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field, with experience in a similar position
- A natural business partner - someone who thrives working with multiple stakeholders to drive results
- Excellent project management skills to plan, execute and monitor multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies - particularly in digital, social media and event marketing
- Data driven mindset with analytical skills to evaluate data and generate insights
