**Your new role**
The primary purpose of the position of the HR Data and Reporting Analyst is to build and maintain organisation charts. The Data and Reporting Analyst will monitor, cleanse and maintain data pertaining to position management and organisation charts. They will liaise with both Operations and Corporate directorates, to update and maintain data, and work with People & Culture teams such as HR Business Partners, HRIS and Payroll.
- Developing processes and principles for creation and maintenance of organisational charts and producing and managing accurate organisational charts
- Establish a process for validating position establishment data with internal management stakeholders to identify and determine establishment updates and changes
- Liaise with functional partners, such as HRIS and Payroll to ensure establishment and position data updates are captured, actioned and data is maintained accurately in accordance with data principles.
- Create and provide position establishment reporting and HR reports for provision to senior leadership, finance and provide specialised reporting and metrics on request.
- Work collaboratively across the P&C teams including HRIS and Payroll to lead the process mapping of position management processes and identify, consult and implement continuous improvements with a focus on ensuring data integrity and organisational position establishment is current and accurate.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience as a data/reporting analyst with a focus on HR systems
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel, Project and Visio.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with SAP and Payglobal
