THE ROLE

The Analyst, Data & Reporting, Affordable Housing will lead and contribute to the Affordable Housing Rental Scheme's data sets to transform the way in which the Affordable Housing and Social Investment unit access, uses and shares data to support business operations. New ways of using data will support the development of data insights to inform the shape of the future affordable housing system. Applicants should possess strong data and analytical abilities, strong project management skills, be collaborative and able to provide clear advice to inform decision making.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Manage and develop a range of electronic datasets to support the Housing Division's Data and Insights Strategy, overseeing new and innovative reporting concepts in a timely fashion using a range of software tools (including POWER BI, SQL, Excel, Access, SAS, Microsoft Reporting Services, and corporate reporting tools).
- Prepare and develop a comprehensive suite of new reports for complex data, and develop briefings and submissions on operational issues for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Use and analyse a range of financial and performance data sets to monitor, review and understand the performance of our services.
