**The Opportunity**

This role sits within the Economics and Research team and will see you working alongside Advisory Directors to support the successful delivery of domestic and global consulting projects across a variety of markets and industries. As a Junior Data Analyst you will be responsible for collecting and interpreting data. This includes researching, sourcing, analysing, identifying patterns and trends, and reporting the results back to the relevant members of the team as well as preparing such information for inclusion into reports. You will define new data collection and analysis processes to improve quality and the efficiency of data systems and the development of new products and solutions.

**As a Junior Data Analyst you will**:

- Identifying, collecting and managing data
- Analysing, interpreting and presenting results
- Contribute to the development of new products and solutions, evaluation tools/methods, data sets, templates, and improved systems
- Contribute to writing proposals, reports and presentations

You’re passionate about location intelligence, and the picture that data can paint... Often described by colleagues as motivated yet practical, you love researching and are always up to date with the latest developments at an industry and macro-economic level. While you like working collaboratively with your team, you’re also happy to work independently and possess strong problem-solving skills.

In addition to this, you also have...
- A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, commerce, statistics, computer science, maths, property economics or related field
- Ability to analyse large datasets
- High level proficiency with excel and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong mathematical, analytical and data modelling skills
- Proficiency with programming languages such as SQL, Python, R
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills - this role will see you client facing to deliver your findings
- An analytical mind and curiosity for problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- 1 - 2 years’ work experience will be considered but not essential
