We're searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representative who's eager to offer extraordinary service, resolve inquiries effectively, and delivering outstanding service to every customer interaction.

**Description**:
As a customer service specialist, you'll be a crucial point of contact for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
**Smoother Service Delivery**: Ensuring that our customers receive a seamless service experience that reflects our commitment to excellence.**Efficient Scheduling**: Booking service work and adjusting job schedules as necessary to accommodate changing requirements.**Prompt Communication**: Handling incoming calls, monitoring our shared mailbox, and taking appropriate actions to respond promptly and effectively.**Order Processing**: Processing customer purchase orders for equipment, coordinating shipping, installations, and commissioning processes.**Team Collaboration**: Supporting the wider National Customer Service Team by providing assistance and stepping in as needed, fostering a collaborative and unified approach.**Reporting**: Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly statistical reports as necessary to keep our processes transparent and effective.**Driving Improvement**: Playing an active role in championing and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within our National Service Centre.
