Representing Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia, you will be a brand ambassador who protects these rich cultural destinations for future generations of visitors to cherish and enjoy. Being a part of the customer’s experience with our destinations, you will be supporting new and existing customers with enquiries, bookings, tour services and much more

**Job Description**:
As a customer service representative, you will answer inbound calls and assist customers booking accommodation and tour services, processing payments and managing complaint and enquiries.

**What you need to know**:

- Base salary of $50, 000 + Super
- Work a 38 hour week (5 days) between; Monday - Sunday 6:00am
- 3:30pm (7.6 hr shifts)
- Located in our West Perth Office, move to WFH 2 days per week after 3 months
- Fully paid training for 1.5 weeks
- Full time, permanent roles available from 23/01/23
