
Customer Service Representative

**Introduction**:
- As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- In this position, you will be responsible for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive customer service excellence and contribute to the overall success of our organisation

**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing customers with ‘Seamless Service’
- Booking service work and rescheduling jobs as required
- Answering and actioning incoming calls, monitoring shared mailbox and responding appropriately
- Processing customer purchase orders for equipment, coordinating freight, installation and commissioning
- Assisting the wider National Customer Service Team, providing support and back up to each other and ensuring cross trained skills are maintained
- Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of statistics as required
- Drive and support continuous improvement of the National Service Centre
**Skills and Experiences**:
**Requirements**:
- Experience handling customer inquiries, booking service calls, and issue resolution
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and build rapport with customers
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work, and meet deadlines
- Experience in meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Enthusiastic and positive approach to customer service, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
